Branding & Marketing

Background

Prosperity Group is a well-established family business based in Hong Kong. Its business spans the Asia Pacific countries. Prosperity Group contains more than 12 subsidiaries and its business covers APAC with more than 5,000 staff.

I oversaw branding and marketing strategies with managing a team of three. Our team acted as the internal agency for 10 subsidiaries inside the group.

Project Management

I was the Prosperity Group Marketing Manager leading a team of three in that year. Therefore, as a limited resource in the team of three, I am urged to define my workload and clarify the master plan of the branding & marketing plan. (As there are sensitive items in the table, I will blur the content, and you can have a glance at the hierarchy)
I managed the team and projects on three levels:

1. Master level - Mapping the Subsidiaries carrying brands, marketing headcount, marketing budget, market positioning, Q1-Q4 Master planning.

2. Subsidiary's level - Break down the to-do items from January to December, with objectives, budget and actual, planning month to actual month.

Marketing Projects

SPL Lighting

SPL is a subsidiary of the Prosperity Group. It was developed from a lighting SMB to a grow-up, so their project scale went up to a larger scale that handles different lighting systems in tubes, airport runways, hospitals, institutions, or public facilities buildings. I was the brand owner of SPL, I handled the the re-branding activities for SPL.  Details >>

LuxLight

LuxLight is a Singapore decorative lighting company which focuses on luxury hospitality, residential, and commercial lighting. The brand was taken over by one of my team members who handled the launch earlier. I co-host the social media, newsletter content with her. However, she left the company, so I became the brand owner of LuxLight.   Details>>

Product Marketing - Solgenix

Solgenix Lighting Management System is developed as a hero product under the lighting control team. That is based on the increasing need from the mega project customer who targeted to transform their project into digital lighting. I was missioned to create the product image of the brand.  Details>>


Sales Deck Design

Not all of the subsidiaries have the necessary to create their brand kit. Therefore, I developed a generic template for them to use in their presentation.

Corporate Portfolio Design

As Prosperity Group was going to acquire one of the big branches from a big European lighting company. Therefore, we need to have a generic simple introduction to the company.

My Role
